The emphasis on this is for our staff to gain external verification (CSCS, CPCS, NVQ, NEBOSH, IEMA etc.) as a reliable indication of their competence within the business area they work in.
Training is taking place to cover the areas of machine knowledge, Health & Safety, Quality and the Environment and the benefits of this initiative is rolled out to all team members.
Regular management site visits ensures that the standards achieved exceed our customers requirements and places GB Access at the forefront of this specialised industry.
